A Level

A Level

Bahria Town School and College offers A-Level to the students who have passed their O-Level or equivalent.

A-Level is a subject-based, school leaving qualification that develops a deep understanding of the subjects and independent thinking skills. The syllabus prepares students for university study, which is why universities worldwide value and recognize the qualification.

 A-Level Examinations

Cambridge International A-Level is typically a two-year course and Cambridge International AS-Level is a one-year course. The college offers a ‘staged’ assessment route in which the students take the Cambridge International AS-Level in one examination series and complete the final Cambridge International A-Level at a subsequent series usually at the end of the course.

CAIE holds annual examination twice a year, in June and November.

Subjects Offered for A-Level

The college suggests a combination of three subjects in four groups to select from. The choice of the course is flexible to a point and the college endeavors to accommodate students by offering a range of combinations. However, there may be certain constraints on the timetable, the parents and the pupils need to be aware that certain combinations may not be possible.

Students wishing to appear for other A-Level subjects may appear for them as private candidates along with the below-mentioned subjects.
